About MixedRoutes

We exist to make
real-world connection
easier.

Why we built this: too much of life happens on screens instead of together. We built MixedRoutes to help people get out more, connect in real life, and spend less time planning — and more time actually doing.

We're a small team of friends who wanted to spend more time together in real life — and less time scrolling, coordinating, and watching plans fade out in group chats. Between scattered messages, endless polls, and "I'll let you know" replies, too many good ideas never turned into actual moments.

So we built MixedRoutes — the app we wished we had. Something simple, focused, and intentional. If it doesn't reduce friction or help people connect offline, it doesn't belong. The goal is less time planning, less time online, and more time actually doing things together.

The problem

Modern planning is fragmented. A single hangout can involve messages, polls, calendars, links, tickets, and reminders — and still fall apart.

The result isn't just inconvenience. It's fewer experiences, fewer connections, and fewer moments that actually happen.

Our mission

To help people do more of what they love by removing the friction that keeps them from living.

We build tools that stay out of the way, so plans feel lighter, decisions happen faster, and showing up is easier.

Who we are

A small, independent team who care deeply about community, experience, and thoughtful software.

We're not trying to reinvent social media. We're trying to make it easier to show up.

Less planning.
More living.
